Abstract
The study explores the theoretical and practical aspects of modeling a compensation policy system as a key tool for the socio-economic development of distribution activities. The relevance of this research is driven by the need to create effective personnel motivation systems in the face of increasing competition and dynamic labor market transformations. The study aims to develop a compensation policy model that aligns with the specific operational needs of enterprises, enhancing their competitiveness and ensuring workforce stability. The research employs various methods, including literature analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling. As a result, a structured compensation policy model is proposed, incorporating base salaries, performance-based incentives, social benefits, and career development opportunities. This model not only ensures fair employee compensation but also fosters motivation, productivity, and long-term workforce retention. The study highlights that an effective compensation policy should be comprehensive, considering both economic and social factors influencing employee performance. The key findings indicate that compensation policies directly impact employee satisfaction, turnover rates, and overall business efficiency. A well-designed compensation framework contributes to the stability of distribution enterprises by aligning employee incentives with strategic business goals. Additionally, incorporating personalized incentive structures and flexible remuneration models can enhance employee engagement and organizational resilience. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the development of a compensation policy model that integrates financial and non-financial incentives, linking employee motivation with the socio-economic growth of enterprises. The practical significance of the study lies in the potential application of the proposed model to improve motivation systems in distribution companies across various industries. By adopting this approach, businesses can achieve greater financial stability, enhance employee retention, and optimize operational performance.
