Abstract
The article focuses on the examination of anti-crisis financial management within companies, the analysis of successful strategies and up-to-date tools for surmounting financial crises, alongside the formulation of practical recommendations for guaranteeing financial stability and improving the efficacy of management choices within a volatile economic climate. Particular consideration is given to the analysis of strategies and instruments of anti-crisis financial management, ways of diagnosing financial crises, cash flow planning, capital structure optimization and the development of practical advice for bolstering the financial stability of businesses. The goal of the research is to examine the theoretical underpinnings and practical facets of anti-crisis financial management, to analyze the efficacy of tactics and instruments for surmounting financial crises, and to formulate suggestions for securing the financial stability of businesses amidst volatile economic conditions. Throughout the scientific study, common scientific methodologies of analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, abstraction, logical and systemic thinking were employed, alongside specialized methods of financial analysis, planning and forecasting to investigate strategies and tools for anti-crisis financial management. The study’s findings show that successful anti-crisis financial management entails prompt identification of financial problems, choosing suitable strategies, streamlining the capital structure, and using up-to-date cash flow management instruments. This helps boost businesses’ financial solidity and reduce risks amidst economic uncertainty. The nature of anti-crisis financial management is examined. The origins of financial crises in enterprises and the categorization of crisis scenarios are looked into. The role of anti-crisis management within the corporate governance system is presented. Both international and local experiences with anti-crisis management are described. Tactics and methods of anti-crisis financial management are explored. Guidance is provided on selecting successful strategies and instruments of anti-crisis financial management. Recommendations for improving the financial steadiness of a company are offered. The results indicate that anti-crisis financial management, using effective strategies and modern tools, aids in early detection of crisis events, lessening their impacts and securing financial stability and long-term competitiveness for the company. Future research ought to focus on developing effective methodologies for forecasting crisis scenarios, including digital and innovative anti-crisis financial management instruments.
