The NGO "Eastern European Union of Scientists" strictly adheres to the principles of the Open Access policy. All materials posted on the official websites of the Union's scientific journals are available to users freely, publicly, without time limits and free of charge.

Visitors have the opportunity to download, read, copy, distribute, print articles, as well as create links to them for non-commercial use that complies with applicable law, without the need to obtain additional permission from the publisher, editors or authors.

In the "Archives" section on the official websites of journals, instant full-text access to published articles is provided.

The editorial policy of open access is based on the principles set out in  the "Budapest Initiative for Open Access to Scientific Literature" and the "Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Scientific and Humanitarian Knowledge".
