Abstract
This writing focuses on examining the processes of digital reshaping within the administration framework of the mining and metallurgical sector. Significant focus is given to the distinct characteristics of how the mining and metallurgical complex operates and the effect of digital instruments on the effectiveness of guiding methods, output, and enterprise rivalry. The research aims to theoretically confirm and practically examine the processes of digital transition within the governance structure of the mining and metallurgical sector. During the scholarly investigation, general scientific techniques of perception were employed, notably appraisal and combination; inference and derivation—to summarize theoretical stipulations and draw findings concerning the evolution of control structures in the mining and metallurgical complex; contrasting—to pinpoint variances among conventional, automated, and smart governance frameworks; a holistic perspective—to explore MMC entities as intricate sociocultural economic setups; and the summarization technique—to build a complete understanding of the digital transformation approaches for management. The financial core and substance of the notions of “digital alteration of administration” and “digitalizing of administration” are unveiled, and their standing in contemporary management doctrine is elucidated. The progression of industrial organization handling structures is examined—from primary mechanization to deploying smart judgment frameworks. The sector-specific traits of the operation of the extraction and metalworking sector are explored. The primary digital tools utilized in the extraction and metalworking administration setups are pinpointed (Big Data, IoT, artificial intelligence, digital infrastructures), and their functional purpose is evaluated. The methods of digital change for the handling apparatus of businesses in the extraction and metalworking complex are structured. Methodological frameworks for gauging the efficacy of digital administration in MMCs have been substantiated. Practical know-how in deploying digital solutions across mining and metallurgical complex enterprises has been examined. Suggestions have been formulated for crafting a blueprint for the digital reshaping of the administration structure within the industry’s firms. Emerging avenues for advancing sophisticated governance structures in the digital sphere have been pinpointed. Potential outcomes for the evolution of digital oversight in MMCs have been created.
