Abstract

This study focuses on the development of a strategy for business digital resilience in the face of global instability. And, frankly, the environment can hardly be called simply unstable. Rather, it is oversaturated with multidirectional risks that overlap each other and create a rather complex picture. As practice shows, economic crises no longer arise in isolation. They are intertwined with geopolitical factors, and this, admittedly, complicates the situation much more than it seems. Technological changes are happening faster than businesses actually have time to comprehend them. At the same time, cyber threats are gradually becoming a familiar background in the activities of enterprises – no longer an exception, but rather an everyday occurrence. In such a situation, traditional approaches to ensuring resilience work, but not completely, with noticeable limitations. At the same time, digital technologies have the ability to maintain the adaptability and continuity of business processes. This study, if we look at it more closely, is based not only on the classical generalization of scientific approaches, but rather on such a rather broad and sometimes even “lively” understanding of how organizations in practice try to stay in the face of constant changes and how they gradually weave digital tools into their daily activities, as if creating a complex system that works as a mechanism that sometimes sounds even and sometimes it crashes. So, it is this juxtaposition of different models of digital business processes, in fact, that brings people back to the idea that the ability of enterprises to withstand crises looks rather uneven, and in some cases it manifests itself as a confident reaction, and in others it manifests itself as a somewhat confused response, since not every digital solution functions equally reliably, and sometimes behaves as if a structure that is only partially held. The results show that digital transformation goes beyond optimization and forms a new logic of adaptation: enterprises act faster and more flexibly, sometimes ahead of changes. The key elements of digital resilience are highlighted: infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, innovation, and process flexibility. The proposed model combines technology and management solutions to maintain stability. The approach is not universal, but it helps to reduce vulnerability, increase adaptability, and strengthen competitive position.
