Abstract
The article examines the circumstances of the development of the modern dynamic world, where market conditions change at an incredible speed, the role of a manager in anti-crisis management becomes especially relevant. Crisis situations that can arise in any organization require managers not only to have a deep understanding of the problems, but also to be able to respond quickly and effectively, making balanced and effective decisions. The author proves that overcoming crisis situations in the organization depends on many factors, among which leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to quickly adapt take a key place. A manager must have deep knowledge not only in the field of finance, marketing and human resources management, but also be able to analyze the external environment, predict possible risks and effectively manage them. In this context, anti-crisis management becomes not just a set of measures for getting out of the crisis, but also a strategy for long-term development and stability of the organization. Attention is focused on the fact that the anti-crisis mission of the manager is closely related to the understanding of how changes in the internal and external environment of the organization affect its activities. This involves the development of flexible strategies that will help the organization not only to survive in difficult conditions, but also to strengthen its position in the market. The effectiveness of such strategies depends on the manager's ability to adequately assess the situation, quickly make decisions and implement the necessary changes. As a result, the importance is stated of the competence of the manager in the context of anti-crisis management and emphasize the need to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills for making effective management decisions.
