The article processing charge in the Public Administration and Policy Journal is set according to the formatting and amounts to USD 75 for an article of 6-15 pages of layout (usually from 3,000 to 8,000 words). The editorial board makes the decision to accept articles that exceed the established limits.
The details for payment of the publication fee are sent to the corresponding author in an e-mail together with the final decision on the acceptance of the article for publication. Within 10 days after the payment of the publication fee, the article will be published on the journal's website and a certificate of publication of the established form will be sent to the e-mail address.

The cost of services includes fees for:
- hosting, maintenance and technical support of the journal's website;
- formatting of the layout;
- work of editors and reviewers;
- placing the article on the website in PDF format;
- layout and formatting of the current issue;
- assignment and verification of DOI;
- generating a certificate of publication;

- checking for artificial intelligence: USD 5 / 1800 characters with spaces;

- English translation check: USD 5 / 1800 characters with spaces;
- formatting of bibliographic descriptions in APA style 7th edition: USD 2 / 1 source;
- bibliographic references in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015: USD 1 / 1 source;
- audit of the article and assistance in its revision after verification and recommendations of the editors by agreement.
