Before being recommended for publication in the NGO "Eastern European Union of Scientists" journals, all articles must undergo a double-anonymous peer-review procedure when the authors do not know the reviewer and the appointed reviewer does not know the authors. The review period usually does not exceed 30 days. One article is reviewed by two specialists with a scientific degree and achievements related to the scientific direction of the article.
The author's manuscripts are selected for publication in the review process, and specific recommendations are made to improve them and increase their scientific quality. The review procedure is designed to provide an objective assessment of the scientific article's content and compliance with the journal's requirements. It is carried out to provide a comprehensive analysis of the manuscript materials' existing shortcomings and advantages.
Reviewers fill out a standard review form, recommending the article for: publication on the journal's website without comments, layout and publication on the website after eliminating minor comments and without returning it to the reviewer, publication on the journal's website only after revision, elimination of comments and returning the corrected version to the reviewer, rejection of the article with a justification of the decision to the authors.

If one reviewer recommends rejecting the article and the other recommends publishing it, the responsible editor appoints a third reviewer. Based on his/her recommendation, the editorial board makes the final decision to reject or publish the article. If both reviewers reject the article, its manuscript is withdrawn, and it is not accepted for publication.
Editorial board members cannot enter into a discussion with authors whose articles are rejected after review.
In the case of a review that requires corrections to the article, the author must consider all the comments when making changes to the text of the article or argue why such changes cannot be made. The updated text of the article should be accompanied by a letter of response to all comments with explanations of the changes made.
The time of acceptance for publication is fixed by the date of receipt of a positive review with a recommendation for publication.
All manuscripts received for review are confidential documents.
Reviewers' comments may not be published or made public in any way.
