Abstract
The health care system is a complex mechanism that requires effective management to ensure high quality of medical services. In the context of health care system reform, which is observed in many countries, including Ukraine, there is a need to adapt and implement new management models that can help optimize the work of health care institutions. The research materials are the works of domestic and foreign authors who conduct their scientific and practical research in the field of accounting and analysis, in particular, on the costs of remuneration of employees of the enterprise. In the course of the study, the following scientific methods were used: theoretical generalization and grouping (to characterize the principles of effective management of health care institutions, management models that can be effective in the context of modern reforms, theoretical generalization of the importance of teamwork, the need for training and development of personnel); formalization, analysis and synthesis (to build a scheme of the principles of effective management of health care institutions, management models in the context of modern reforms); logical generalization. Effective management models in the healthcare system can improve the quality of healthcare services and provide a rapid response to changes in the environment. The management by objectives model encourages a structured and focused approach to work, while the customer service model focuses on the needs of patients. Cloud technologies and big data analytics are key components of modern management that help to increase the efficiency of healthcare facilities and improve the quality of patient care. The formation of multifunctional teams and the introduction of information exchange between healthcare professionals, administrative staff and patients can improve the quality of medical services and decision-making. Staff qualifications and motivation are important factors for improving the quality of healthcare services. Regular training and a comfortable working environment contribute to the professional growth and satisfaction of healthcare workers, which in turn contributes to the improvement of service quality and the efficiency of the system as a whole. Investments in development and working conditions contribute to improving the health of the nation.
