Abstract

Time management directly contributes to productivity, helping to streamline working hours, focus on key tasks, prioritize and minimize the impact of distractions. Due to the effective distribution of time and optimization of the workflow, tasks are performed faster and better, which contributes to achieving the goals. The article is aimed at reviewing the peculiarities of time management and its effective strategy in order to increase productivity. Time management includes a number of techniques, methods and technologies aimed at the optimal distribution of personal time for the most effective use of it. The advantages of the time management strategy are reducing the level of anxiety, increasing efficiency, the ability to perform tasks on time, streamlining personal and professional affairs, as well as additional time for rest and self-care practices. Optimizing working hours and managing tasks effectively have become critical skills for achieving high productivity. To work more effectively, you should master the art of planning, competent prioritization of tasks, reasonable allocation of resources and avoiding overload. This approach allows you to use every minute with maximum benefit. The importance of implementing key strategies and methods that contribute to optimal time management and concentration on the most important goals is considered. There are many time management techniques that contribute to a more rational use of working time. Popular approaches include the Pomodoro method, which involves dividing work into productive intervals, as well as the Eisenhower technique, which helps to prioritize tasks according to their importance and urgency. Among the popular tools, modern technologies have been identified that open up a wide range of opportunities for effective task management (from basic to-do lists to complex project management systems). The use of time management strategies and innovative time management approaches opens up prospects for its effective control and maximum rational use.
