Анотація
У сучасних умовах глобальної економічної трансформації та посилення конкурентного тиску інноваційний розвиток підприємств набуває важливого значення для забезпечення їхньої стійкості, конкурентоспроможності та зростання. Традиційні моделі управління інноваціями поступаються місцем новим підходам, що орієнтовані на відкритість, гнучкість, цифровізацію та сталий розвиток. Метою дослідження є визначення та узагальнення ключових актуальних трендів управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств у глобальному контексті. Методологічною основою дослідження є комплексний підхід, що поєднує елементи системного аналізу, порівняльного аналізу, контент-аналізу сучасних наукових публікацій за період 2015–2024 років та методів узагальнення наукової інформації. Окрему увагу приділено аналізу прикладів практичного впровадження інноваційних моделей у діяльності провідних міжнародних компаній. У ході дослідження проаналізовано сучасну іноземну наукову літературу та практичний досвід міжнародних компаній. Виявлено, що ключовими актуальними трендами управління інноваційний розвиток підприємств є: розвиток концепції відкритих інновацій; цифрова трансформація інноваційної діяльності із застосуванням штучного інтелекту, Інтернету речей, великих даних та інноваційних платформ; формування інноваційних екосистем і стратегічних партнерств; використання гнучких методологій (Agile, Lean, дизайн-мислення) для управління інноваційними процесами; розгляд інновацій в контексті сталого розвитку підприємств. Також простежується розвиток інновацій, орієнтованих на людину, етичних інновацій і кліматичних технологій. Систематизовано особливості практичної реалізації зазначених підходів. Результати дослідження підтверджують, що ефективне управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств в умовах сьогодення вимагає інтеграції відкритих інновацій, цифрових технологій, формування стійких партнерств та орієнтації на цілі сталого розвитку. Системне врахування визначених трендів сприяє підвищенню інноваційної спроможності підприємств та їхній довгостроковій конкурентоспроможності в умовах глобальних викликів. Перспективами подальших досліджень є розроблення механізмів адаптації найкращих міжнародних практик до умов національної економіки.
