Abstract
The article analyzes the legal models of investor protection in housing construction in Ukraine based on the legislation and practice of the Supreme Court, taking into account the approaches of Poland and France. The correlation of special property law, contractual structures and institutional mechanisms (FFB, escrow) is considered. The dependence of the method of protection from the individualization of the object and the stage of construction is determined. The priority of property-legal claims in case of violation of title is substantiated. Conclusions are drawn regarding the limits of application of the relevant methods of protection.
