Abstract

The personnel management system is an integral component of the overall management strategy for the development of an enterprise in the hospitality sector and a determining factor in the adaptation of companies to social and economic dynamics. The effectiveness of the HR (Human Resources) system in modern hotel companies determines the quality and speed of customer service, minimizes costs, and increases the company’s competitiveness in the market. The purpose of the article is to analyze the specifics of modern management processes in the field of HR in modern hotel enterprises in Ukraine. The issue is seen as relevant in the context of trends in the dynamics of modern business operations. The article determines the role of optimizing the personnel management system in the context of the commercial success of companies in the hospitality sector. The main problems and challenges faced by the HR system of a modern hotel industry enterprise are outlined. It is substantiated that the primary prerequisites for the formation of an effective conflict and human capital management system should be efficiency, flexibility, consistency, balance, and risk minimization. At the same time, the priority principles of forming a management paradigm model in the context of conflict prevention are noted: preventive strategic direction; orientation towards continuous development; multi-component structure and creation of practical tools based on it; adaptability to modern technologies and innovative management tools. The research results demonstrate the importance of integrating modern approaches to personnel management and digital HR technologies, which causes a number of changes in and involves the formation of new strategies to maintain a high level of employee engagement and morale. In particular, virtual team-building events, online training and development programs, as well as digital platforms for employee recognition can help maintain a positive organizational culture and employee engagement in a digital work environment.
