Анотація
У статті досліджується стратегічний потенціал партнерств як механізму підвищення стійкості, конкурентоспроможності та інноваційності аграрної галузі України в умовах повномасштабної війни та євроінтеграції. Обґрунтовано, що партнерства (коопераційні, кластерні, логістичні, експортні, інноваційно-цифрові, публічно-приватні та міжсекторальні) можуть реалізовувати свій потенціал через зниження трансакційних витрат, консолідацію ресурсів, підвищення переговорної сили та диверсифікацію збуту. На основі аналізу емпіричних даних Євростату, ОЕСР та нормативних рішень 2024–2025 рр. показано, що партнерські механізми можна розглядати як один із чинників експортно-логістичної перебудови, розширення доступу до ринку ЄС і цифровізації аграрної галузі; водночас внесок цих механізмів у відновлення сільських територій потребує подальшої спеціальної верифікації. Узагальнено стратегічні напрями розвитку: кластерно-мережева інтеграція, кооперація малих і середніх виробників, цифрово-інноваційні партнерства та партнерства для сталого розвитку. Український досвід 2022–2025 рр. свідчить про прискорену структурну перебудову аграрного сектору під впливом воєнних викликів та євроінтеграційних орієнтирів.
