Abstract

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to understand the impact of social stratification on the behavioral models of different social strata in crisis situations. Each social stratum has a unique set of values shaped by subconscious, cultural, and economic factors, which influences its behavioral strategies during crises. The aim of the research is to examine human behavior models in crisis situations depending on their affiliation with a particular stratum of society. Three main behavioral models in crisis situations are identified: constructive, destructive, and conformist. Constructive behavior is characterized by a focus on societal development and improving interpersonal relationships, while destructive behavior includes aggression and the breakdown of social bonds. The conformist model involves passively following the actions of others, even when they are suboptimal or risky. It is established that the choice of model depends on the level of resilience – the ability of an individual or social group to adapt to crisis conditions. The study reveals that in conditions of rigid social stratification, some social groups have significantly fewer opportunities and resources to adapt to crisis situations, leading to deepening social inequality and injustice. The study emphasizes that ensuring equal access to education and resources for all social strata can contribute to reducing social inequality, enhancing human potential, and fostering innovation. The implementation of effective social programs and fair economic conditions is essential for reducing economic inequality and stimulating entrepreneurship. To effectively respond to crisis situations, it is necessary to consider the specific characteristics of each social stratum, particularly its value orientations and the level of resilience development. Crisis response strategies should be flexible and adapted to the specific social and cultural conditions of the country.
