The scientific journal “Philosophy and Governance” was founded with the aim of uniting scientific research in the fields of philosophy and public administration, promoting a deeper understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of these fields.

The collection covers the specialties B10 Philosophy, D4 Public Management and Administration. Each publication undergoes a double-blind peer review process to ensure the high quality of the scientific content. We provide an opportunity for authors to submit their research for consideration for publication, following our editorial standards.

Issue 2 of the journal contains 7 articles (8 authors) on the problems of public administration in the context of post-conflict recovery; state administration in the context of internal migration; human resource management in the public sector; culturological approach to professional training; philosophy of hope and recovery; philosophy of freedom in the context of democratic development of Ukrainian society.
