Abstract

The article examines the shift in the drivers of organizational performance from formalized regulations to everyday managerial interaction. Traditional appraisal procedures record outcomes, while their influence on behavior during task execution remains limited. The study explores feedback culture as a systemic element of management that integrates managerial influence with the development of professional responsibility. The research applies qualitative analysis of managerial communication patterns, behavioral observation, and structured evaluative frameworks. Models for assessing the implementation of feedback culture are developed. Communicative barriers within the organizational environment are analyzed through a comparative examination of feedback forms and channels. Feedback culture is identified as a fundamental coordination mechanism that translates strategic orientations into operational behavior. Stable feedback practices generate predictable managerial signals and ensure action adjustment within work cycles. Personnel manageability increases without intensifying formal control. Business communication is identified as a determinant of feedback effectiveness. The choice of channels, rhythm, and tone of managerial messages shapes employees’ readiness to accept corrective input. One-way transmission of evaluations constrains behavioral modification, whereas two-way communication facilitates expectation alignment and reduces managerial distortions. The formation of a developmental environment requires integrating feedback with employee autonomy, enabling individuals to recognize the consequences of their decisions. Selective application of feedback to high-impact decisions preserves its managerial value. Feedback culture functions as a long-term stabilizer of personnel management, sustaining performance in a changing environment through managerial behavior and employee expectations. Managerial guidelines for integrating feedback into appraisal and development systems are proposed. Communication quality influences the level of trust and determines organizational capacity to maintain effectiveness under conditions of operational uncertainty.
