DIRECTIONS FOR INTEGRATING ENTERPRISES INTO GLOBAL VALUE CHAINS

Abstract

The article reveals the directions of integration of Ukrainian enterprises into global value chains. It has been established that global value chains are formed as strategies that ensure the integration of geographically distributed production processes to create a final product or service. It has been found that the successful integration of enterprises into global value chains involves the involvement of various sectors in production processes, which contributes to increased competitiveness and growth in international markets. The importance of innovative ecosystems that stimulate the development of effective economic clusters contributing to high enterprise productivity is emphasized. It is stressed that innovative clusters provide significantly higher productivity rates compared to traditional exporters, which is an important factor for effective integration into global value chains. It was noted that the development of such clusters stimulates economic growth and increases the ability of enterprises to adapt in conditions of global instability. It was determined that for the successful integration of Ukraine into global value chains, it is necessary to increase investment in innovation and modernization of production capacities. It is noted that the decline in exports of innovative products, in particular due to domestic economic problems, highlights the need to improve the policy of state support for innovative enterprises. The importance of stimulating investment in research and development, which is the basis for integration into global value chains, is noted. It was emphasized that the growth in the share of high-tech products in value added demonstrates positive developments in the manufacturing sector, which contributes to effective integration into international markets. The importance of industrial and science parks and free economic zones for the development and integration of national enterprises into global value chains was also highlighted. It has been established that successful integration requires the creation of a modern industrial infrastructure that meets the requirements of global markets. It has been found that state support programs, in particular, processing grants and affordable loans, contribute to stimulating economic growth and enterprise development. The importance of attracting foreign investors to ensure access to new technologies and trading partners is emphasized. It has been determined that successful integration into global value chains requires continuous improvement of economic policy and the development of innovative strategies that strengthen the country's position in the global market
