Abstract
This article describes the organizational structures of any objects of activity; the general appearance of the organizational structure is highlighted by systemic justifications of specific objects, processes and phenomena, which has legal approval by regulatory documentation of internal direction. The author notes that each object that is in the spheres of activity or is subject to subordination at the state level is reflected in the structural formulation of its own management systems. It is determined that each organization or institution, depending on its own work priorities or industry purposes, relies on the hierarchical arrangement of its constituent elements. These elements are characterized by common interconnections and at the same time separate spaces that are connected with the external environment and are subject to its transforming influence. The author emphasizes that in each sphere of activity or subordinate state formations, the management system and its structural structure undergo periodic changes and are in dynamic equilibrium, which is ensured by its ability to act; this is due to spatial variability, which is determined by the influences of the external environment, scientific and technological progress, the expansion of the scope of implementation of technical means together with computer devices and other forms of information and communication technologies, the adaptation of automated developments and networks to management systems in organizations and institutions. In this case, the parameters that form the inertia of the organizational structure and establish the directions of purposeful development of the sphere of activity are of great importance. The article pays special attention to the characteristics of the organizational structure of educational institutions. In particular, the organizational structure of educational institutions is understood as an ordered set of interconnected elements that define functioning and developing educational processes through classes, exercises, courses, consultations through constant interaction with each other. And thus, the organizational structure of management in the educational sphere, as well as specific educational institutions, consists of management bodies (state structures, rectors’ offices), functional units (faculties, departments, classrooms, classes, laboratories, auxiliary facilities), teaching staff, which interact to achieve interconnected goals.
