Abstract
Today, reflexive management has become an integral element of public administration, various communications organizations, and understanding reality. Reflexivity can contribute to a deeper understanding of complex systems, take into account the influence of subjective factors, and develop effective management strategies to obtain the expected reactions and actions of partners and opponents. In public administration, reflexivity allows for a prompt response to challenges and the proactive development of progressive solutions. The purpose of the publication is to summarize and deepen the scientific interpretation of the concept of “reflective management”, its application in the theory and practice of philosophy and management. Reflective governance is interpreted as a polyparadigmatic concept and management mechanism that integrates many developments from different fields of knowledge. Philosophy provides the basis for understanding reflection, which reflects the essence of subject-subject and subject-object interaction based on a meaningful feedback loop. Reflective management is an important module of managerial self-awareness, which contributes to the efficiency of management practices. The article analyzes various types and types of reflective management, in particular, classified by the sphere of influence, by goal setting, by the expected effect, by the tools used, etc. “Reflection” is interpreted, depending on the scope of interpretation and application, as a certain ability, principle of self-awareness, process, determinant, specific component of management, etc. Reflective management in the field of public administration is characterized by the presence of a contour of interaction and feedback of an individual with himself, another person, objects of influence and interest, building relationships within a group, and intergroup contacts, communications, etc. Reflexive governance involves both confrontational and non-confrontational interaction in the context of external and internal influences, the use of defensive and offensive actions and tools, which makes it an effective mechanism of public administration in the context of hybrid wars.
