Abstract
The article examines the self-realization of the individual in the context of social progress in the use of artificial intelligence. The essence, phenomenon and levels of self-realization are analyzed in the context of dialectical relationships with society in the conditions of using artificial intelligence. New opportunities for development and challenges specific to the current stage of social progress have been identified. Key aspects of individual self-realization in the era of artificial intelligence are highlighted. The use of artificial intelligence requires adaptation and a new approach to issues of personal development, and the main thing in this process in the rational use of modern technologies to enhance human potential, not replace the human essence. Accordingly, the purpose of the article was formed: an ontological study of the concept of «personality self-realization» in the context of social progress in the context of the use of artificial intelligence and the definition of the dialectical connection between society and the individual in the process of its self-realization. The article systematizes self-realization as a multifaceted process encompassing personal, professional, social, and creative dimensions. Three levels of analysis are identified: philosophical (human essence), sociological (sociocultural conditions), and psychological (individual qualities and motivation). AI is viewed as a tool that expands self-realization opportunities by automating routine tasks, personalizing education, and creating new professions, such as AI development or technology ethics. However, AI also presents challenges, including risks of losing professional identity, technological dependency, and privacy concerns. The study emphasizes the dialectical interdependence between the individual and society, where self-realization both relies on social conditions and transforms them. Recommendations include developing soft skills, establishing ethical AI standards, and fostering supportive communities.
