Abstract
The article examines the role of information and communication technologies in the activities of organizations and institutions, which bring a modern and updated look to relationships, actions, and processes. In particular, the modern stage of state management of subordinate spheres of activity, industries and sectors of the economy, centers for providing administrative services, municipalities, organizations, and institutions takes place with the use of information and communication technologies and technical means and devices. If we refer to the educational sphere, which concentrates all segments of society, state institutions, communities, and entrepreneurs, then trends towards the equipment and widespread use of information and communication technologies and technical means are more noticeable. The article pays special attention to the comprehensive and generalized justification of the functioning purposes of automation, computerization, and technical equipment of spaces, objects, and subjects intended for the promotion of public administration, in particular, the educational sphere. Here, it is advisable to pay attention to the stages of development of information systems, which are characterized by successive transformations of computers and automated management systems due to the expansion of functional features and target purposes. This is how the technical equipment of structural units in public administration is justified, where information and communication technologies combine and concentrate all components of the educational sphere. This means that state authorities and local self-government bodies, when they carry out executive functions, regulate actions, support relationships, and provide administrative services to wide segments of society, most often use computers and technical means of communication and connection. Then, the advanced development of public administration is summarized by subordinate and subordinate structural formations that influence and direct regulatory actions and processes to the educational sphere, causing other factors to their perfect transformation and modernization.
