Анотація
У сучасних умовах стрімкого технологічного розвитку та високої динаміки ринкових змін особливої актуальності набуває питання ефективного управління організаційними змінами. Цифрові технології Індустрії 4.0 – зокрема штучний інтелект, Big Data, Інтернет речей, хмарні сервіси, цифрові двійники, доповнена та віртуальна реальність – радикально трансформують підходи до управлінської діяльності та формують нові інструменти для впровадження організаційних змін. Метою статті є дослідження потенціалу цифрових технологій Індустрії 4.0 у процесах управління змінами на підприємствах в умовах сьогодення та визначення основних напрямів їх ефективного застосування. У дослідженні використано методи аналізу та синтезу, індуктивний підхід, порівняльний аналіз, контент-аналіз наукових джерел та метод експертного узагальнення. Матеріалами слугували публікації вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідників у сфері Індустрії 4.0 та управління змінами, сучасні кейси впровадження цифрових рішень, а також дані з аналітичних і прикладних досліджень у сфері цифрової трансформації. У статті проаналізовано практичні аспекти застосування ключових технологій Індустрії 4.0 (Big Data, IoT, AI, цифрові двійники тощо) в управлінні організаційними змінами. Представлено аналітичні таблиці, які систематизують можливості, приклади використання та очікувані ефекти кожної з технологій. Виявлено, що цифрові інструменти не лише підвищують точність і швидкість управлінських рішень, а й сприяють зменшенню опору змінам, посиленню адаптивності організацій та розвитку data-driven культури управління. Цифрові технології Індустрії 4.0 відкривають нові горизонти для ефективного управління змінами. Вони дають змогу підприємствам діяти проактивно в умовах цифрової економіки. Їх інтеграція в управлінські процеси стає необхідною умовою забезпечення сталого розвитку організацій в умовах постійної трансформації зовнішнього середовища.
