Abstract

The article aims to substantiate the theoretical and applied foundations of logistics management digitalization under crisis conditions and to define its role as a key tool for ensuring adaptability, continuity, and resilience of enterprises in an unstable environment. Logistics digitalization is considered an integrated managerial process that involves not only the automation of individual operations but also the systemic transformation of planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and regulating logistics flows based on digital technologies. The study employs systemic, structural-functional, comparative, and abstract-logical analysis, which makes it possible to generalize current approaches to logistics digital transformation, identify key tools, and systematize implementation barriers. It is established that under conditions of military, economic, and infrastructural crises, logistics management becomes a strategic element of ensuring business continuity, while digitalization serves as a fundamental prerequisite for effective crisis management. The most effective tools include ERP, WMS, and TMS systems, RFID and IoT technologies, track-and-trace solutions, big data and predictive analytics, control towers, digital twins, and cybersecurity tools, whose integrated use enhances transparency, decision-making speed, and supply chain resilience. At the same time, digitalization has a dual effect, increasing dependence on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Key barriers include infrastructural, organizational, financial, human resource, and regulatory factors. It is concluded that digitalization should be considered an integral component of strategic crisis management aimed at developing flexible and resilient logistics systems.
