Abstract
This article is focused on scrutinizing the efficacy of creative supply chain management models within trade. The study’s goal is to analyze the effectiveness of innovative supply chain management models in trade and evaluate their impact on boosting the competitiveness, flexibility, and sustainability of trading businesses in the setting of digital transformation. In the research, general scientific methods of cognition were utilized, encompassing analysis, synthesis, a systematic approach, comparative analysis, alongside economic and statistical methods. The study’s findings show that incorporating innovative supply chain management models in trade considerably improves logistics process efficiency – lessening costs, accelerating delivery times, raising customer service, and boosting adaptability to external changes. Simultaneously, firms that wholly integrate digital technologies and develop versatile, enduring, and customer-centric supply systems attain the most favorable outcomes. The theoretical bases of supply chain management in commerce are revealed; specifically, present concepts and major logistics management methods are examined. New supply chain management models applied within the present trading landscape, including digital technologies, novel logistics frameworks and adaptable management tactics, are pinpointed. The criteria and approaches for appraising the efficacy of supply chains are systematized, allowing an objective assessment of the efficiency of the implemented innovations. Innovative models of supply chain management employed in the modern trading landscape, encompassing digital technologies, novel logistics paradigms. The criteria and approaches for assessing the effectiveness of supply chains are systematized, which enable to objectively analyze the efficiency of the implemented innovations. The latest models that boost the efficiency of supply chain management in the trade field are identified. The efficiency of the innovative model of supply chain management is evaluated by key criteria (before and after innovation). The key factors influencing the success of implementation of innovations in the supply and logistics system in the trade industry are substantiated. The vectors for future development of supply chain management systems in the trade sector are provided: sustainability, digital transformation, ESG factors.
