Анотація
У статті розглядаються важливі питання фінансової та інституційної підтримки малого бізнесу в країнах Європейського Союзу. Актуальність цього дослідження зумовлена потребою знайти ефективні механізми підтримки малого бізнесу в Україні. Метою є всебічний аналіз фінансових та інституційних засобів підтримки малого бізнесу в країнах Європейського Союзу, оцінка шансів їхньої адаптації до українських умов та створення практичних порад щодо підвищення ефективності державної політики у сфері розвитку МСП. Дослідження націлене на виявлення шляхів удосконалення системи фінансової й інституційної підтримки малого бізнесу в Україні шляхом запозичення й адаптації успішних європейських практик, створення механізмів розширення доступу підприємців до фінансових ресурсів та встановлення ефективної інфраструктури розвитку МСП. У дослідженні використано такі методи, як аналіз і; порівняльний метод; статистичний аналіз — для оцінки тенденцій розвитку МСП; системний підхід, а також метод узагальнення. Проаналізовано роль та значення малого і середнього бізнесу в економічному розвитку країн ЄС та України. Досліджено ключові фінансові та інституційні інструменти, які використовуються в ЄС для підтримки малого бізнесу. Визначено найбільш ефективні європейські інструменти підтримки МСП, які можуть бути адаптовані до українських умов. Проведено порівняльний аналіз досвіду окремих країн ЄС у сфері підтримки МСП. Дана оцінка сучасного стану системи фінансової та інституційної підтримки малого бізнесу в Україні. Виявлено ключові проблеми та бар’єри у впровадженні європейських практик в Україні. Проаналізовано можливості та обмеження їх впровадження з огляду на економічні, правові та інституційні реалії України. Сформульовано рекомендації щодо адаптації успішних європейських інструментів підтримки МСП до українських умов. Запропоновано напрями адаптації європейського досвіду з урахуванням потреб українських підприємців та специфіки регіонального розвитку. Визначено пріоритетні кроки для інтеграції України в європейський бізнес-простір через фінансові та інституційні механізми. Майбутні дослідження повинні зосередитися на розробці механізмів, які сприятимуть інтеграції українських малих підприємств у європейські бізнес-мережі, оцінці впливу цифровізації та інноваційних інструментів підтримки на розвиток МСП, а також на адаптації фінансових і інституційних моделей ЄС до специфіки національної економіки.
