Abstract
The article focuses on strategic business management during a crisis, emphasizing adaptive strategies that ensure the resilience of enterprises in post-war Ukraine. The study examines the issue of business sustainability under complex economic and social conditions caused by the war, while offering practical solutions for enterprise development in the post-conflict period. The research aims to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of strategic management in Ukraine’s crisis conditions and identify ways to optimize management approaches for ensuring long-term business resilience. The study employed general scientific methods of cognition, including document analysis, structured surveys, statistical analysis, as well as elements of comparative and systemic approaches. The findings indicate that strategic management in crisis conditions requires the implementation of proactive, innovative, and adaptive approaches. According to the data obtained, Ukrainian enterprises employ various strategies to adapt to changing conditions: relocating operations to safer regions, modifying products and services, and transitioning to online business models. This demonstrates their capacity for rapid transformation and flexible use of digital technologies to mitigate the negative effects of the crisis. Moreover, an analytical approach to management enables businesses to better assess risks and develop strategies aimed at cost reduction, market diversification, and logistics process optimization. The conclusions highlight the need for Ukrainian enterprises to continue actively developing crisis-response strategies focused on maximum flexibility, digitalization, and innovation. Establishing flexible management structures and implementing technologies will allow businesses to adapt more swiftly to dynamic market changes. Such approaches will ensure business resilience and foster further growth in challenging economic conditions.
