Eastern European Union of Scientists Publisher

The public organization of Ukrainian scientists - The Eastern European Union of Scientists was founded in 2024 and currently has more than 70 members. Our main goal is to develop scientific research, support young scientists, and popularize science among the general public.

The Eastern European Union of Scientists brings together researchers from various fields of science to create a platform for the exchange of experience, ideas and joint development. Our organization aims to make scientific activities more accessible and to use research results to solve pressing social problems.

In addition, we actively cooperate with international scientific communities, which allows our members to participate in global scientific discussions and exchange experience with colleagues from around the world.

Our mission is to support innovative research and promote the development of science in Ukraine and abroad, creating conditions for effective cooperation between scientists, business and government agencies.

We are open to cooperation, comprehensive support and placement of existing scientific journals on our resource base, which need professional support, promotion, open access, visibility and international recognition.

Our priority is the high scientific quality of each new research article, ensured by prompt professional review and publication on the journal's official website with simultaneous assignment of DOI and indexing in the most popular databases, repositories, archives and comprehensive assistance in the fastest possible citation.

The strategic goal of the Eastern European Union of Scientists' publishing team is to be indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, the standards of which are used to build the entire editorial policy of our open-access journals.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE FOUNDER 

The Eastern European Union of Scientists brings together a team of highly qualified publishing professionals and scientists from various fields of science, which ensures high standards of anonymous double peer review and optimisation of the processing time of materials. Our team is focused on maintaining the high quality of published scientific articles, academic integrity, declared periodicity, and constant feedback to authors.

The main goal of the publishing house is to timely publish authors' scientific works under the terms of full open access and Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International Licence (with attribution - NonCommercial 4.0 International), providing high-quality content in cooperation with editors and reviewers who are internationally recognised scientists in their subject areas.

The strategic objective of the Eastern European Union of Scientists' publishing team is to be indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, the standards of which are used to build the entire editorial policy of our open-access journals.

All article manuscripts go through the following stages: 

  1. Registration of the manuscript (the date of registration is the day of receipt of the electronic version of the manuscript in the format of the Microsoft Word editor, as defined by the requirements for the formatting of the manuscript). 
  2. Determination of compliance with the principles of academic integrity (in particular, checking for borrowings of previously published texts without citing the source, checking for plagiarism using the https://www.plag.com.ua/ software, as well as for fragments of text generated by artificial intelligence using https://copyleaks.com/). 
  3. Checking for compliance with the requirements for publications in the journal "Public Management and Policy", in particular, for the presence of the main elements necessary for publishing an article in a professional publication. 
  4. In case of a positive review result, the manuscript is assigned an "article manuscript code". In case of a negative result, the manuscript is returned to the author for revision (by the requirements for manuscripts submitted for publication in the scientific journal "Public Management and Policy"). 
  5. Organising the review of the article manuscript. 
  6. The manuscript is subject to scientific and literary editing if the review is positive. 
  7. Consideration of publishing an article at a meeting of the editorial board and making a relevant decision. 
  8. Placement of the authors' articles on the official website of the publication https://www.eu-scientists.com/.
